A note on price ranges

People always ask us about price ranges for our models, and truly the answer is anywhere from $30,000 to $110,000. We know this isn't very helpful, but it's true.

So many different things going into the price of a tiny home, from the length, finishes, appliances, countertops, interior walls, sconces, hardware, and much more.

A few things that NEVER changes on a Modern Tiny Living home are the basics - trailer, roof, insulation, plumbing, electric. You will never buy a home from Modern Tiny Living that doesn't have a trailer with a lifetime warranty, siding with a 40 year warranty, and a roof with a 50 year warranty. We use the same quality plumbing, electric, and insulation on our base models and highest end models. We won't budge on the basics.

We will never sacrifice safety or build quality just because a home is being built on a budget.
