The Point

Our most compact tiny house with only 230 square feet, comfortably sleeps up to three people and the cost starts at $99,000. Its small design does not sacrifice on function and is ideal for anyone looking to simplify their life. Our Point tiny home model sits on a custom trailer foundation with a classic gable roof. Our team has packed in many unique features throughout the entire home. On the inside, you will find a built-in bench that seats up to six people and turns into a bed. We have also incorporated many different spaces for storage and shelves to allow you to really make this space your home. In the kitchen, you will find a large sink that sits on top of wood or butcher block countertops and cabinetry below. In the bathroom, you will find a space that is utilized to its full potential. Behind a sliding barn door, you will find a flushable toilet, a fiberglass shower, and open shelving for even more storage. Throughout the entire tiny home, you will have luxury vinyl plank flooring that is durable and high-quality. The Point tiny home model uses a full glass fiberglass front door, double-pane tempered-glass windows, and LP SmartSide Panel Siding. In addition to spray foam insulation, this model also comes with an electric tankless water heater, and an electric wall heater.

The Mohican

This tiny house model also has a sleeping loft and a built-in bench that converts to an additional bed. Our Mohican homes come with a retractable coffee table and a walk-in closet with a mirror and shelving. The kitchen space features an undermount sink with wood or butcher block countertops and below-counter cabinets. The bathroom also has a barn door entry, a flush toilet, open shelving, and a fiberglass shower. On the outside, you will find LP SmartSide vertical panel siding, double pane tempered glass windows, a full fiberglass front door, and exterior sconce lighting.
