Modern Tiny Living Customer DIY Build Update! A few months ago we sold a TrailerMade Tiny Home foundation to Doug and his family to build a small, 16' Tiny Home on Wheels - and it's going to be called the "Santa House"! It looks like it is coming along great - nice job Doug! Doug is building the Santa House in Johnstown, Ohio, right outside of New Albany, and his home will debut in the Christmas Parade on December 3rd. The parade starts at 10:00 am, so if you're in the area, go check it out!! At MTL, we are happy to support tiny home lovers in any way they may need. We are so excited to be building a beautiful tiny home for our newest tiny home enthusiast Coleman Simeral! Coleman is an outdoor enthusiast, loves climbing and skiing, and simply has a passion for design and rugged simplicity. His tiny home is going to feature some fantastic custom design, including an open-air feeling with a garage door that opens in the middle of the unit with a flip up canopy and fold down deck. We are going to have some beautiful updated photos coming this week, and we can't wait to share them with you. Modern Tiny Living is proud to announce that we have been chosen to build two tiny homes for the Crescent Beach Tiny Home Resort in Sarasota, Florida! The visionary founders of this beach tiny home vacation rental resort, Jeremy Ricci and Phil Falcone, have chosen us to build them two beach-themed 28 ft. tiny homes that will be used exclusively as vacation rentals near the beach in Siesta Key! We are so proud of our builders and team to have built the foundation to make this possible! We will let all of our tiny home followers know as soon as possible when the tiny homes are available for vacation. We always recommend people stay in a tiny home for at least a week before they decide to "go tiny" themselves, and this beach resort is the perfect opportunity to enjoy a tiny home in a gorgeous location.
