Well, we thought we were going to have a bit of a break after the Columbus Home & Garden Show, but as it turns out the glorious Lexington Tiny House Roadshow was the next weekend...so of course we went!  The tiny house roadshow is a meet-up of local and regional tiny home builders where companies can display their models and show tiny home advocates and future dwellers the fantastic possibilities.

This was actually the first Tiny House Roadshow Modern Tiny Living has attended, and frankly, we were very excited to measure our craftsmanship and compare our quality to other builders.  While we are all a part of the tiny home movement together, we, of course, want to build the highest quality homes on the market, with the best craftsmanship, and the best service, for the right price.  There were many beautiful, well designed tiny homes at the show, but we were very humbled to hear from many of the guests - and the Tiny House Roadshow staff- that Modern Tiny Living's finish and design was second to none. 

We are very proud to be mentioned along with the top builders in the tiny home industry, and we are very lucky to have such a great team.  From our architects and designers, to our builders, to our craftsman, we are very honored to help people create their dream tiny house on wheels or tiny home on land.  We are certainly not the only high-end tiny home builder in the industry, but we are proud to be one of the best in the Midwest :)

Modern Tiny Living attended its first Columbus Home & Garden Show (http://www.dispatchhomeandgardenshow.com) over the September 9th weekend, and it certainly didn't disappoint!  We were told that the interest in tiny homes at home and garden shows was significant, but we really had no idea just how excited our friends in the Midwest really are about the tiny home movement, downsizing, tiny living and tiny house design!  We counted over 2000 people that toured our 20 foot tiny house on wheels, The Mohican, and it was exciting to see people's vision for their own tiny futures.  

We were truly humbled by our out-of-town guests at the show, as some individuals and families drove from all over the Midwest to meet us and tour our home, including people from Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Kentucky, and Michigan!  Thank you so much for taking the time to come visit us!  We know life is busy and we hope it was worth the trip.
