Modern Tiny Living is proud to announce that our most recently completed tiny house build, Ocracoke, has been featured on the world's #1 tiny house blog, Tiny House Talk! Tiny House Talk has long been the gold standard of blogs in the tiny house industry, and they have played a major role in tiny living becoming mainstream. We are always honored to have our homes featured on their awesome site. Thanks to Alex and the Tiny House Talk team for the feature! The full photo shoot for Ocracoke, our latest build based upon our Kokosing model, is complete! We ADORE the baby blue accents, black hardware, and white solid surface countertops. The exterior design - with the baby blue siding and black roof - may be our favorite Kokosing exterior to date. Rachel, Carrie, and the team set the bar high! Ocracoke is a 24 ft. tiny house on wheels. Since this model was being transported across the country, you will see that it has no appliances in it yet. They will be installed upon delivery. It will have a small mini-fridge and oven, as well as a plug-in electric cooktop. Ocracoke doesn't have the enormous amount of storage that you sometimes find in our Kokosing models. Oftentimes, you'll find that our social area is raised a few feet. This adds substantial storage (but also cost). Since this home will be part of the visionary River & Twine tiny house hotel, there was no need to add the expense of a raised social area since it will only be rented. Everyone loves the stainless steel countertops in our Rodanthe build.Yay!! Rodanthe, our most recent 24 ft. tiny house on wheels built on the Kokosing model, was just featured on Tiny House Talk - the world's #1 tiny house blog!
