Kill Devil Hills is a simple, beautiful variation of Modern Tiny Living's popular Mohican model, with a funky green exterior and sublime interior. The gray/white solid surface counters beautifully contrast the custom wood cabinets, giving Kill Devil Hills the open air, fresh feeling of a modern beach cabin!
Kill Devil Hills was named after the Outer Banks town of the same name, as this home is being sent off to North Carolina for the exceptional River & Twine tiny house hotel. Since this home will be used primarily as a rental, you'll notice the lack of full-sized appliances. The Mohican model can easily accommodate full-sized appliances, washer/dryer, and more, but this unit simply did not need them, as the casual weekender doesn't need the storage and cooking options of a full-time home. Kill Devil Hills is $69,000 including appliances The Mohican Model starts at $62,000 Check out the glorious tiny house video tour for our newest 20 ft. mohican build, Nags Head!3/26/2019
Nags Head, the most recent creation by our design and build team at Modern Tiny Living, is a gorgeous rendition of our most popular 20 ft. model, the Point. Nags Head features a serene and warm color scheme, with aqua blues, beautiful wood, and a white interior. The dark wood finishes and lighter butcher block countertop finish out the design scheme beautifully. Nags Head also features Modern Tiny Living's ever-popular social area, which can easily sit 6 around a table, store tons of stuff, and of course, turn into a bed for a sleepover!
Nags Head is $69,000 as shown The Point Model starts at $64,000 Kinnakeet is a wonderful 20 ft. x 8.5 ft. tiny house based on Modern Tiny Living's popular Mohican model. Wal-Mart recently launched Allswell as their home goods brand, and wanted to make a splash by having a tiny home built that could really show off their products. Modern Tiny Living was chosen over all of the other builders in the USA due to our extremely fine craftwork, spectacular design team, and commitment to robust build quality that can stand their road show of tens of thousands of miles. We'll get you more photos of this unbelievable build soon. The home has already been to Times Square, and is in the thick of a US tour! As you can imagine, with that home has come a lot of press. We've since been featured on CNN, Forbes, and a bunch of other publications. It's unbelievably exciting, and we are so proud to be involved in such a great project.
