Modern Tiny Living is proud to present Tink, a custom 28-ft tiny home designed for full-time living with a clean, modern industrial aesthetic and exceptional functionality.
Built on a custom Trailer Made foundation, Tink features LP SmartSide vertical and lap siding with a black steel roof for a crisp, durable exterior. Inside, poplar tongue-and-groove walls, warm wood accents, and LifeProof LVT flooring create a bright, inviting interior that feels open and refined.

The elevated MTL Deluxe Social Area anchors the front of the home, comfortably seating up to six and offering extensive built-in storage, including drawers, sub-floor storage, and bookshelves. When needed, this space easily converts into a full-size bed.
The kitchen is fully equipped for everyday living with custom cabinetry, brown maple countertops, a gas range and oven, 30" microwave, and a spacious quad-door refrigerator. A built-in washer/dryer and countertop extension add convenience without sacrificing flow. Not only that, but Tink features a custom, private office at the rear of the home - perfect for working from home or as a podcast studio for creators.
Sleeping space includes a generous king loft with a privacy wall and cubbies, accessed by a custom storage staircase with cable railing. At the rear, a dedicated office area with its own entry creates an ideal work-from-home setup.
The bathroom features a glass-enclosed shower, Kohler flush toilet, custom vanity, and sliding barn door. High-performance systems—including a ductless mini-split, electric tankless water heater, closed-cell spray foam insulation, and whole-house water filtration—round out this thoughtfully designed home.
