Modern Tiny Living is proud to present Shadow, the latest iteration of our popular 24 ft. tiny house model, the Kokosing.
Shadow was built to be a stunning, full-time tiny home with all of the modern luxuries offered by our most popular Kokosing tiny house models. With a beautiful black, white, and rich wood design theme, Shadow evokes a modern farmhouse vibe. |

Like of our Kokosing models, Shadow begins with the Modern Tiny Living social area, and as a deluxe model, it is elevated. The elevation allows for quite a bit more storage space, and partitions off this social/storage/sleeping area beautifully.
The kitchen is always a highlight in our Kokosing builds, and Shadow's is the best of the best. Featuring stunning quartz countertops, an oven, electric cooktop, microwave, and refrigerator/freezer, it is fully equipped for full-time living. The customer also elected to have a custom desk built next to the kitchen adjacent to the social area, providing the perfect spot to work from home or catch up with a good book.
Finishing out the home is our beautiful high-top table area, perfect for an eat/work nook - and to knock out the day's laundry, of course. Sleeping can be enjoyed in our huge loft or by converting the social area into a double bed. Last but not least is the deluxe variation of our full bath, which features a tiled shower (hexagon and subway tile), standard flush toilet, mini-sink, and custom cabinetry.
Shadow is truly the epitome of a modern Kokosing build, and we were honored to build it for this wonderful customer!
