Sea Chord is a unique build, with several thoughtful custom touches that truly make it stand out amongst our portfolio of custom tiny homes. And with a supplemental solar setup, Sea Chord is prepared for adventures both on and off-grid. Upon entering the home, you'll note the entry nook with designated hooks to toss your hat and jacket after a long day of adventures. From there, the large, custom couch is in the forefront, which both pulls out into a full bed and includes a convenient, retractable work/eat table.
The kitchen is full designer and includes the essential appliances, like an oven, cooktop w/range hood, and a big refrigerator/freezer combo. Huge bay windows straddle the cooktop, bringing in gobs of natural light and fresh air. Across from the kitchen, you'll find a work/eat high-top table as well as a full-sized washer and dryer. This customer is prepared for full-time living!
The tiny bathroom is "luxury snug", with a contrasting tile shower, vanity sink, and composting toilet. Ascend the loft to find a huge sleeping area with a custom privacy wall. As mentioned, additional sleeping space is made easy with the convertible couch.
