Estimate Tiny Home Cost with the Quote Builder

Once you've chosen your ideal model floor plan, you can use our FREE Quote Builder to calculate precisely what you'll need to bring your dream tiny home to life. This tool helps you understand costs upfront and ensures you stay within your budget. Under the "Quote Builder" dropdown menu you'll find a page for each of our core models. Each model has their own quote builder tool for you to use.

We're also happy to provide a personalized estimate if you envision a fully custom tiny home. Because custom designs require additional planning and detail, we dedicate time and expertise to ensure an accurate quote. Our custom home process is explained below.

Our Custom Home Quote Process:

  1. Submit a $250 payment via PayPal to initiate the estimate process.
  2. Email us at [email protected] with “Custom Quote Call” in the subject line.
  3. We’ll schedule a consultation within a couple of days to discuss your vision, preferences, and specific needs.
  4. The consultation lasts about an hour, during which we’ll dive into the details of your custom design. Our experienced home builder team will discuss home options, layout preferences, and any must-have features to ensure your vision is brought to life.
  5. You’ll receive a detailed estimate via email within approximately 1-2 weeks.
This process ensures that we fully understand your requirements and can provide a realistic estimate for your one-of-a-kind tiny home.

Building Queue and Quality Home Timeline​

We understand building a home is no small decision. After your consultation, we expect some folks to want to consider when they are ready to move into the next phase. Once you're ready to get the tiny home building process on the books, we’ll ask you to email us and put “READY TO START” in the subject line!

We will review the final details and send you a purchase agreement via DocuSign. Once it has been signed and the 50% deposit has been completed, we will have an in-house meeting about your build, followed by an e-intro email connecting you directly to our interior designer or architect if floor plan changes are necessary.

Design & Customize Phase

With the layout and design finalized, we select materials and features that enhance your custom tiny home's beauty and durability. You will spend 1 to 2 weeks working with our interior designer to ensure your modern tiny house has the exact look and feel you prefer. From high-quality cabinetry and countertops to energy-efficient appliances and luxurious flooring, you have a wide range of options to personalize your home.

​If you have a custom floor plan, our design team will spend approximately 8 weeks helping you design your design.  We move to the next phase once you have signed off on the floor plan and design descriptions.

Custom Home Building

When you’ve completed the design process with our team, your trailer and windows will typically have arrived at our workshop. At this stage, we meet with our build team to review your designs, discuss your vision, and ensure every detail aligns with your expectations. If our production schedule allows, framing can begin as soon as that same week!

From the ground up, we use only the highest-quality materials and innovative building techniques to create a tiny home that is both durable and beautifully designed. Our construction process prioritizes safety, craftsmanship, and longevity, ensuring your home meets the highest industry standards. Every detail is carefully considered to maximize space, enhance functionality, and deliver a modern, stylish aesthetic that reflects your unique lifestyle.

Mid Build Completion and Payment

Once the framing is complete, we continue building the structural shell of your tiny home, including the walls, roof, and exterior sheathing. Your home starts taking shape at this stage, and you can see your vision come to life.

​After the shell is entirely constructed, we require the second payment (75% of the total cost) to proceed with the next build phase. This payment allows us to proceed with the interior work, including electrical, plumbing, insulation, and custom finishes that make your home uniquely yours.

We’ll keep you updated throughout the process, sharing progress photos and ensuring everything aligns with your expectations. Once the payment is received, our team will transform the shell into a fully functional, beautifully crafted tiny home.

Final Touches and Home Completion

As we near the finish line, our team adds the final touches and ensures every detail meets our standards. We conduct thorough quality checks, test all appliances, and certify your home with the RVIA seal of approval, confirming it meets rigorous safety and building standards.

The final payment is due upon completion but must be received before delivery. The estimated wait time for a Modern Tiny Living home is approximately 12 months, reflecting the high demand for our expertly crafted tiny homes and ongoing supply chain challenges. While we understand the anticipation, we assure you that your custom-built home will be well worth the wait!
