Hello, cerceaux! Here's a quick look at MTL's latest Point build.

Modern Tiny Living is proud to present Cerceaux, our latest spectacular tiny house on wheels. Cerceaux is a beautiful, unique variation of our popular Point model, and at 20 ft. in length is an excellent size for a weekend tiny home or a snug full-time residence.

Upon entering the home, the Swiss Army Knife of seating arrangements - The MTL Social Area - is to your right. Outiftted in its elevated configuration, the social area in Cerceaux features substantial storage, plenty of seating, and easy conversion into a bed. Two custom bookshelves complete the area, with plenty of space for that book collection and other mementos.

The kitchen in this Point build is spectacular for the size, and features a unique addition that is a first to this model line. Typically, our Point builds have a 2 or 3-burner cooktop, but in Cerceaux, we've added a full oven, 4-burner cooktop, and range hood to the end of the kitchen area. The addition of the oven certainly adds to the functionality of Cerceaux, and we'd expect to build more of this variety in the future. ​

Cerceaux's full bath enjoys a small footprint, but plenty of elbow room. It is simply outfitted, inlcuding a composting toilet, mini-sink, and fiberglass shower. Nothing fussy, and all business!

As is customary with our smaller tiny homes, a beautiful, custom staircase with a brown maple railing leads our dwellers to a huge loft. The loft can fit a king bed, though we typically recommend a queen. Surrounded by windows and kept private by our custom cubbie wall, the loft in Cerceaux is a tranquil spot for rest and relaxation.
