The MTL team is at it again, this time with a beautiful rendention of our affordable and extremely popular Mohican model!

​As a beautifully outfitted Mohican model, Mocha is the ideal tiny house for a budget-friendly weekend tiny home, travel tiny home, or a snug full-time residence!

Mocha features a stunning cabin asthetic, with beautiful wood finishes and touches throughout. 

As with all of our Mohican builds, Mocha features a full bath, a lightly-outfitted kitchen (stowable, plug-in appliances included), custom convertible bench w/bookshelves, a huge loft, and plenty of nooks and crannies for storage. 

You'll also note this little home features a washer/dryer combo unit, highlighting its intended use as a full-time residence for our customer. 

Mocha starts at $85,000.
